The Gorkha Life facilitates hassle-free returns under specific conditions to ensure your satisfaction. Returns are permitted for items in their original condition, with tags intact, unused, and unwashed, and must be returned in their original packaging. However, please note that certain items are excluded from our return policy, including those marked as final sale, gift cards, bespoke products, and custom-made items such as backpacks, weekender bags duffle bags, as well as gifts with purchase.

The return window spans 30 days from the date the carrier marks your order as delivered. Return shipping fees are covered by Gorkha Life, and the return process commences once the received items undergo inspection. To maintain integrity and prevent fraudulent returns, customer funds may be temporarily held until the receipt of returned items is confirmed and eligibility for a refund is verified.
